Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position acts as the primary support for the administration department. The Admin Coordinator assists the team by acting as the primary lead in office management duties and coordination of the facility’s master calendar as well as partnering with HR and Accounting to act as a primary back-up and assist in the day-to-day operations of both areas. The purpose of the Outreach Teaching Artist position is to serve as the lead facilitator of arts workshops on behalf of the School & Community Programs division of the Arvada Center. Teaching Artists conduct arts workshops based on the provided curriculum to students in Pre-K -6th grade. These workshops are available to students as outreach programs at schools, libraries, camps, and other offsite locations at various times Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm.

Reporting to the Events Supervisor of ACES (Arvada Center Event Spaces), this hourly nonexempt position is an essential component in the execution of Event Orders for the Arvada Center’s Ballrooms and special events as requested throughout the facility. This is a part-time, nonexempt position earning an hourly wage of $18.00. Schedule may vary depending on event bookings, not to exceed more than 20 hours per week.

Reporting to the Director of Education, this position works collaboratively with Education staff to coordinate all aspects of the Arvada Center Dance program including the Dance Academy, General Dance classes, and the Arvada Center Dance Theatre. Responsibilities include providing, coordinating, and planning the dance schedule, coordinating and planning one fall and two spring dance concerts, communicating with dance parents and students both in person and via email, efficient and courteous customer service. Responsible for supporting and contributing to revenue sales goals through the development of dance program awareness, attendance, and class offerings. This position is a strong advocate for promoting the values of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) throughout the organization. This is a full-time, exempt position earning an annualized salary of $55,000 in addition to a benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance plans, term life and accident policies, 401k retirement plan, flexible spending plan, paid time off, and more!
Reporting to the Director of Production, this position oversees all aspects of sound engineering including in-house productions, touring productions, concerts, and related activities and events. The Audio Director hires, trains, and supervises audio personnel. This is a full-time, exempt position earning an annualized salary of $57,000 - $62,000 in addition to a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance plans, term life and accident policies, 401k retirement plan, flexible spending plan, paid time off, and more!
Reporting to the Dance Coordinator, this hourly position teaches beginning through advanced ballet and pointe classes using a syllabus. This instructor may have the opportunity to choreograph the performing company for the fall and spring concerts. This is a part-time, non-exempt position earning $23- $28 per hour and is eligible for paid sick leave.
